SECCO was the electrical contractor on this 124,750 square footage addition and renovations to the Humanities Center at York College of PA. The new addition included a five story theater with a state of the art dimming system and sound systems. Also included computer labs, classrooms, offices, scene shops, and the large gathering area.

The Engineering Center at York College of Pennsylvania was originally an old fabric factory. The total square footage on this project was 43,190 square footage. The interior was completely remodeled and a new addition was added to the building. All the ceilings were exposed on this project and SECCO, Inc. worked diligently to ensure that the finished project maintained a neat and visibly appealing appearance. This was a LEED certified project with a silver rating and we worked diligently to ensure that the electrical components of the project met the high standards set in place.
