Harmony Ridge is a large luxury senior apartment complex. Phase II added a 3 story addition to the apartment complex with a total of 56 new units. This project also included a new wellness center, large pool, and cafe and meeting areas.

Mt. Asbury Lodge is a new facility designed as a retreat for a local church. The new building features bedrooms, a dining area, recreational rooms, and a chapel and kitchen facility. SECCO provided the electrical wiring for this building and worked with the owner to find the right lighting to suit the vaulted ceiling in the dining area and provide the desired lighting for the space.
